To the echoes of "Save the Crowe," it was a decade ago that an intrepid group of volunteers from throughout Dennis created the first Dennis Conservation Trust Summer Evening Auction as a fundraiser to help the Trust and the Town purchase a beautiful and fragile parcel of land in East Dennis, Crowes Pasture. Ten years later, the Auction has become a not-to-be-missed summer institution for both year-round and summer residents and their guests.

Summer Evening 2011, July 31 at the Sea View in Dennisport, promised to be the best yet, according to Auction Manager Connie Mooers, and it did not disappoint!
